Non EU countries:
Unfortunately, we’re not able to handle returns or exchanges due to the complexity of international customs procedures for you.
If you ship with a courier like FedEx, UPS or DHL Express and they handle all customs paperwork and fees on your behalf, then you're welcome to return the item that way. Once it arrived here, we will issue a refund.
Standard couriers like Royal Mail or USPS will not work.
EU countries:
You can return your order within 14 days. No need to e-mail us about the return or enclose a formal withdrawal - just return the goods.
All products are returned at your own cost.
We only accept intact and unworn pieces for a return. The item must be in the original condition with our complete packaging.
Customized products (individually engraved / stenciled / embroidered or a custom cap/patch combination or a jewelry piece in a custom size (which is not listed in the pull-down menu), unique items such as vintage ashtrays & limited editions can not be returned.
After receiving the item back we will issue a refund on the same day.
You will get the full price back you paid for the product including standard postage. Please notice that you will not get a refund of the return postage or import, customs fees, duties and taxes.
Please make sure that the item is sent via a tracked service / insured as we can not take responsibility for items lost in transit on returns.
Please DO NOT send the jewelry in a simple envelope by mail - the sorting machines tear up letters with irregular shape. The jewelry must be send in a box.
