#066 - Necklace Stella Maris - GOLD

Small but heavy solid 14ct Gold charm with an embossed antique Stella Maris badge on a short or long necklace.

The last picture shows both chain lengths in comparison. We recommend the long chain.

Stella Maris (lat. star of the sea) is an ancient title for the Virgin Mary. She is the female patron saint of the sailors, symbolizing the North Star which directs the navigator through the sea – in the figuratively sense – through "sea of life".

The embossing form was hand engraved in 1905 in Pforzheim, Germany.
